I will be managing a 80 unit building early next year and will need a answering machine service for after call emergencies.

Does anyone know of a good and affordable company?

We subscribed to service through RealPage software. Mixed results, good for after hour emergency beware of dialect and culture issues-some residents complained of trouble comprehending dialect . We are out west, and service was based in N. Carolina.

If you don't want to utilize a local service in your area, I would recommend Call Max. This is very affordable and they also offer other services, such as package log in software. For 80 units, you could consider forwarding the emergency number phone line to a single phone for the on-call tech to answer.

I like Sunshine Communications. The price is right and the staff is friendly and helpful. It works for our company. We use it for our four under 100 unit properties.

Hi there, if I were to suggest an answering service provider, I would definitely recommend Xall-Max. I've used them at different locations and to me their service is one of the best. Also very affordable while offering additional, very useful services.
