Any recommendations on file audit companies in Houston? We are obtaining a 700+ unit property in December and currently do not have the staff to do file audits in house.

Marysol, there are consultants out there who you can hire to perform these functions for both affordable and conventional portfolios. US Housing Consultants is one you could contact to learn more. (I just did a simple Google Search.) There are lots of consultants out there that can do this. You can email me personally, too, for more information if these are conventional units.
