What is your policy on receiving NSF payments?

Hello Julie!

Our policy on NSF checks are a $65.00 NSF fee and late fees if new payment is submitted after our grace period allowed (grace period 1st-5th, late on 6th). We also require new payment in form of money order or cashiers check ONLY!

Any rent returned NSF is assessed an automatic $10 nsf fee that the bank charges, and if it's past the 5th, the $50 late fee is also added. Payment is required via money order or cashiers check (we do not accept cash). If they made an online payment, their online portal is suspended for at least two months and payments must be MO or CC only.
