Hello, my name is Jake Lohrey and I am a sales executive here at Yardi Systems. I would like to give some insight on Yardi's ability to interface with third party vendors.

Yardi does have third party interfaces that can pull information from outside vendors, including utility billing vendors, into the Voyager system. We are constantly developing and adding new vendor interfaces, and if you have a question about a specific vendor, please contact our sales department at (800)866-1144.

Another option would be to use Yardi’s EBS Utility Billing Services. With this service, you can have a completely integrated solution to manage your utility usage and billing. EBS can provide services to install and maintain sub-meters at your property, and there is no requirement for data transfers back and forth between separate solutions. With EBS services, you can provide convergent billing to your tenants with their monthly lease charges as well as utility charges on one bill.

Once again, if you have a specific question about our third party interfaces, or if you would like more information about the services that we can provide here at Yardi, please call our sales line at (800)866-1144 and we will be happy to assist you.

I own and operate roughly 600 units in Northern California. I have decided to leave Rentmanager and make the move to either Yardi or Realpage.

I own a variety of properties including 2 mobile home parks and bill for sub-metered utilities. PG&E calculates the charges and provides me with individual PDF's. Whichever system I choose I must be able to easily import these utility bills and send out consolidated statements to our tenants.

Can you tell me if Yardi can do this.

Thank you,
Paul

We are a self-hosted client of Yardi, and with the help of many industry parners we have been able to successfully intregrat their systems with Voyager. I won't say it was seamless, but by far the best decision we made. I appreciate the ease of training the Voyager product and have always said that the product is the cadillac of property management software. We are currently using products from LTS Solutions, On-site.com. Rental Address, Rentcollect Global, Bluemoon. along with the Yardi modules Webportal, Checkscan, Revenue Management, Construction, and Commercial. All of this made possible with an excellent IT Director, who always strives to make things happen! And of course a forward thinking executive team! With our newest mission....get it all working on an iPad!

We are a Yardi ASP user and have fully functional interfaces with Crossfire, YieldStar, On-Site, RentPayments, VaultWare and others.

No doubt it's been a challenge getting the interfaces fully functional, requires diligence and detailed analysis of all the related systems. As well as pushing at high levels in both Yardi & the 3rd party vendors to get the problems and limitations resolved. With few exceptions, all parties are able to integrate functionality...but worth it!

Okay, I have heard your OneSite division has had troubles integrating (or being open to integrating) with outside vendors... nothing about Crossfire... that's just what clients have told me.
