Topic: Bonus Programs for employees who work at Tax Credit Properties

I am looking to begin a bonus/commission incentive program for the employee's at a senior tax credit property.This property is typically occupied between 96% and 98% and renewal rates are extremely high. Does any have a property of this type that is offering an incentive program that would be willing to share your criteria?

Well, I do not receive bonus/commissions, but I do receive a higher hourly rate than most leasing positions to compensate. Just a thought. :)

My tax credit property stayed 100% with a waiting list, so leasing bonuses were not considered. A renewal bonus of a certain amount, if the lease and all paperwork is completed and filed by the recert date would be a nice incentive.

We also got bonuses for NOI, score on shopping report. Consider a bonus for the number of days a unit is vacant. If vacant less than 7 days (whatever your turn-around time is), bonus.
