I applied for a 1 br. apartment on a new building. They have sent me a notice for an interview. Once I got there, they notified me that I could only get a studio do to my income. Shouldn't the compliance person have noticed that I didn't qualify for the 1 bedroom before interviewing me for the 1 bedroom? Now instead of me getting an apartment I was put on the wait list! I need direct answers
