That's a really good question. We are currently using Bake Extra Cookies and considering Property Solutions which has more reporting options for Craigslist ad templates, reach, views per hour, etc. I'm very interested to see what others are using that works the best.
I have not used Resident Works but Lease Stars Craigslist posting tool is time consuming. Other than that, no strong opinion. We have an extremely busy leasing office so we don't use that function due to this.
