Topic: How do you know when you found the right place or team?

For many people finding the right team or fitting into the workplace culture is equally as important as being able to make a difference or serve a purpose. What do you look for in a team and how do know when you have found the right place or team?

Just look for friendly people that like being around people. When you can feel the energy the moment you walk in the office you have the right team. I have walked in to many offices for a property tour and the staff will just ignore everyone, makes me wonder why they are even at work. One bad apple can bring the whole team down, it is amazing what can happen when you remove the person with the bad attitude.

Read the different rating sites on the specific property, some of the reviews are really very accurate.

You sure can feel the energy within seconds. There are so many times I have entered an office and felt like part of the team immediately and sometimes it just took a while. Negative people are cancerous to a good culture. Thanks for the reply.
