Topic: Is there still a rule on 2 people per room?

Is there still the rule 2 people per room? Or does it apply with children under the age of 2 or over the age of 2? I need to know ASAP please!

I do not know the rules for MN. There are some changes that deal with rooms that are "exceptionally large", although HUD does not define what that is. Not that I am aware of BUT, it is my understanding that, if you follow the rule of 2 persons per bedroom plus an additional person for the entire apartment, you will avoid discrimination complaints from being pursued by the DFEH or HUD or other agencies.
So, a 1BR max of 3, 2BR max of 5, 3BR max of 7, etc. is a good way to set a maximum # of persons policy
