Hi - I am interested in finding out what benchmarks people are using for the following:

1. Initial contact to signing a lease
2. Initial contact to tour
3. Initial tour to signing a lease


If you have any industry standard info to back it up, please provide.

Just to clarify, you mean the time in between the initial contact and signing a lease, correct?
