What is my responsibility in regards to an unsupervised 10 year old child riding her bike during rush hour on a busy street? McCue Road just one block north of Westheimer. (major busy area during rush hour)
1. Talk to the mother. - Did that. Still happening
2. Call Child Protective Services - Have not done that yet.
Nothing in Redbook is giving me a clue.
