Thanks for responding. I wasn't really asking for the policy, just wondering if other properties have a policy. We are trying to decide if it is necessary. But I'm satisfied with the no response because our company has decided not to have one. The terms and conditions from Rent Café that the resident needs to accept before submitting payment is enough for us.
Hi Julie! Just wanted to send you a note so you didn't feel lonely - we've found that forms and policy docs are often not shared because they are owned by the companies, so that the community can't readily share theirs.
We have been asked to provide a resident with documentation that outlines our online authorization agreements/policies. Does anyone have such a policy as an example?
