Hi everyone my name is Karen and I've been a Leasing consultant on and off for about 10 years now. Recently I became exhausted of ideas for "out-of-the-box" marketing ideas for my PM company contest_ Where do you look for compelling traffic generating marketing ideas?

First off, I have asked myself the same question many a times. I've found a plethora of great ideas reading up-to-date and relevant property management blogs (examples: www.propertymanagementinsider.com/category/apartment-marketing / www.resident360.com/blog/). Checking out forums on sites like this one and BiggerPockets have also yielded some decent results.
