Topic: Luxury Living

Hello!

I just started working at an A+ luxury community and I am little out of my element. I am accustomed to class c properties and I did really well because I am a class C kind of person lol. The residents here are complaining that we are not really a luxury community. How do I make my community more luxurious on a budget?

You would be surprised! free to minimal cost you can add value and "luxury" to your community. For example, think of things you would find in a luxurious hotel:
Concierge services - package delivery, package shipping, dinner reservations, calling uber for airport shuttle, dog walking (sub out a provider via a local provider) watering plants, work with local grocery stores for free grocery delivery (check Instacart)
Good quality candy and water in the clubhouse. Hope this helps
