I’m putting something together to just use Facebook. Everyone already has it and getting more folks to click Like there will only help your business. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Let us know how that works. I've had zero success with either of those platforms so far... might be because I'm old and don't know them very well, LOL

Realync is fabulous if you’re looking for something more professional in appearance than your own personal videos.

Zillow also have a free 3D tour home app that you can use for free. I've never tried it, but worth checking it.

If you already have an ad with RentPath on a Platinum Package or higher, you either already have or can have a 360 Degree HD Panoramic Tour. It's a part of the HD Photoshoot that's included in the packages so if you had your photo shoot with RentPath then you should have the tour live on your ads. And if you do, just request the direct link for the tour that way you can send it to prospects! If you don't know who your rep is, just DM me and I'll get it taken care of for you.

Stacy Molen you can create an Apple ID for the property under the property email address and use it on a personal device if the employee/company is okay with that. (You can have more than one Apple ID on a device) The key to using an iPad or iPhone device while on property is that it has cellular service. If your iPad only has WiFi, then it would only work in the office. But you could text or email a video/photos directly from the device once you are back in the office.

Rae Marie Byrne I'm interested to know if the prospect needs to have Teams as well. I'm struggling to find something that will conceal the Manager and Leasing Agent's personal information.

Having prospects download an app probably won’t work. Everyone already has Facebook Messenger. Do a video call.

agree with Erik! Realync is a video leasing platform built for multifamily that does both recorded and live video tours. Seamless for prospects as well so that they don’t have to signup or download anything.

Our of curiosity would Hangouts or FaceTime or similar not work? Just wondering if you’ve already identified limitations with those.

I keep recommending Pynwheel in these threads - they have a virtual self tour app ideal for conveying your property AND the available units to people hating the place they are self quarantined and looking for a new apartment! pynwheel.com

We are doing FaceTime and Skype for “virtual tour appointments” and doing Facebook Live (we email prospects to join) so we can answer questions. We are making individual videos to post to our facebook album as well as emailing specifics to prospects if they request certain plans. All these vendor recommendations are great, but most of us are looking for the “right now” and don’t have time to sign up for things.

Tammy Cole Marks when you use Skype, does your phone number show up on the call? I'm looking for a way to conceal our team members private information. Like you, I need something right now. Thanks!

Realync for properties that use their service, Facebook messenger video for ones that don’t.
