We have a setting that allows us to screen background only. No SSN or ITIN is an automatic one month rent as deposit.

Screening with all 0’s or all 1’s isn’t necessary and you’re paying each time you screen that way. It’s counterproductive.

Brittany yes because it’s not a social or work authorization. It’s an issued tax identification number from the IRS for individuals with no social to file taxes.

process the credit screening in onesite with parameters set to applicant with no SSN. then verify passport (checkpoint >d) with valid visa (and dates for lease term desired) and supplemental non-US citizen app (texas) if docs check out, then one additional months rent deposit and we are good to go. easy peasy...
