Hello -

How do you all handle minors?

1.) Do you put them on the lease as an occupant and background check them? If you do not put them on the lease as an occupant, what do you do?
2.) Do you give keys to a minor?
3.) What is your procedure on a lock out? Daytime VS After hours lock outs.

Any information or feedback about how you handle minors and children would be greatly appreciated!

All are lease holders if they are 18 years of age or older. All lease holders must be vetted meaning they must qualify under our Qualifications guidelines including background, criminal, and ID verification. All minors are added as occupants only to ensure the unit is not over occupied for the floor plan they are leasing. This also ensures we know who lives in the unit and whether they are of age to be alone.
