Topic: missmanagement, he say/she say issues with property management or renters?

i rent a 2 bedroom apt in chico, and i recived a 24 hour notice to inspect , i have paid ALL of my rent for my lease and have 4 months remaining, and their grounds tto come in is there has been noise complaints , and a previous matinence request i submitted, asking them to dissconnnect the power line that next doors tenants have off of my power that is running a dryer they kept in the parking storge area, first i have never been told that i am too loud , and never had police inform me or the other tenants, and second THE ISSUE WITH THE ELECTRICITY IS NOT INSIDE MMY APARTMENT its outside , i feel it is retaliation, and looking into the property management deeper i think they are going to try to evect me for any reason they want and keep my money . what can i do or say to them that would not make this worse , and allow me to live out the rest of my lease fairly, ?i paied , in advance , who does that? i do cause i dont like to have to worry about it, and i never complain about things unless they are eunfairly costing me money. what if any rights do i have to get them to back off?
