Topic: Online Leasing

Hi friends! Does anyone use Online Leasing for their properties? I am trying to discover the best way to add an online Waitlist to our online leasing platform- as a good majority of our properties are 100% leased up, which I'm sure all of you are dealing with these same problems (good problems though)! We require the Security Deposit to be on the Waitlist, but just trying to figure out how to add this to be an option online since we are currently just emailing a paper application out for them to type on or print out and scan back... Just feel like in today's virtual world this is already possible? Thanks in advance!
