Topic: Shoppers

As I was showing an apartment today, I relized that I have become a little rusty since I have become an assistant manager. To solve this I review someold training manuales and go over some of my old shop reports. Now I relized that on every siong report I had, the fair houseing section was contested on the account that I didnt say what was written. FOr example I had one say that I yold them rich and cool people live here. Really, I mean come on now. Am I the only one with this issue?
