San Antonio - 8 buildings (3 are 4 floors, 5 are 3 floors) plus office/pool area - paid just under $10 grand.
It was hot steam, not pressure. Came out great!

It would probably be cheaper to purchase the pressure washer and have maintenance do it if at all possible

Pressure washing now. Three stories, 17 buildings, $350 a building. 24 units a building.

Has anyone had a recent quote for pressure washing? Three stories 20-24 units per bldg, trying to see what is about the average price. I’ve seems anywhere from 35-55k for a 9 building property. Does this seem accurate ?
