Look at Verkada. They have vape, marijuana, and smoke detectors that are all streamlined into one monitoring system

Our lease is the Virginia Blue Moon lease and we don’t even allow medical marijuana. We are private property and smoke free except on their personal patio. And no pot at all even though it’s now legal in Virginia.

This is what our attorney told me as well. It’s medicinally legal here but not federally recognized so we actually have a DUTY to take action against those who are breaking federal law.

Still against federal law so if you have any kind of federally backed loan on the property resident can not use marijuana

I've had to tell quite a few tenants over the years.. you rent an apartment on OUR property... if you wanna make the rules you go buy your own home and you can do whatever you want, until then you follow our rules or you find somewhere else
