Every maintenence member should know this. It's surprising how many techs don't even want to learn. Once you do, you will realize how easy it can be and will wonder why you didn't learn it sooner. My daughter has actually taught a few techs and repaired her walls and her entire ceiling after a flood once. So proud of her.
