We have a clause in our leases that NOTHING is to go into the toilet except toilet paper. If we find out from the plumber that they have attempted to flush other things down, we add the plumbing bill to their account.
Yep. Using draino before we leave for a few days for Turkey day. I'd hate to come home to that, or worse.... just a part of life when you live in old buildings sometimes though.....
