Flushable wipes are NOT flushable, dish soap does NOT go in dishwashers, garbage disposals do NOT dispose of garbage, self cleaning ovens do NOT clean themselves, and dirt is NOT normal wear and tear.

I disagree you can do all of that. I know I have had to deal with the repercussions. I am going to write a book and use all the pictures I have when my teams have gone to fix all of those. Quotes like "it says they are flushable"....how do you argue that? " IT Sys its dish soap." It was an instant bubble machine. And I really wish we would get rid of self cleaning ovens.

Flushable wipes show you if your properties have compromised or poorly designed plumbing. Fix your crap and they won’t cause you issues.

Yup but it says flushable. Maybe if they started the plumbing invoice when it comes in they would think differently

They are flushable. Now if you wanna know whether they actually make it down the rest of the line and to the main.... no.

They are flushable. They are not pumpable or clog resistant.

They say flushable but shouldn’t be flushable. They don’t break down.

Oh, they are flushable but still do not breakdown. The main word is they should NOT be flushed.

We have that problem - baby wipes, adult "flushable" wipes. Our lease specifically mentions NOT to use wipes. When we snake a toilet and wipes are pulled back the tenant is charged $100 the first time with a tenant neglect lease violation. The 2nd time is a 30 day notice to move.

I give them written notice that we have found blockages in their plumbing from these & let them know that they will be charged for resident-caused damage in the future if we continue to have service requests due to anything in the toilet other than toilet paper and of course human waste. They don't want to pay the bill so they start using their trash cans for wipes. Problem solved

Even our local utility company has a flyer that has info about plumbing and it states that wipes are not flushable even if the packaging states otherwise
