Experience with BRK/First Alert Precision Detection Smoke Alarms?

Hi all,I work for a multifamily owner/operator in New England and am looking to compare field experience with the newer BRK / First Alert Precision Detection hardwired alarms, primarily:

• SM110V-AC
• SMCO110V-AC

These replaced older BRK models.Since installation, we've experienced an ongoing number of nuisance smoke alarm activations with these devices. I am trying to determine whether our experience is unique or whether others have observed similar behavior.For property managers, maintenance directors, facilities teams, electrical contractors, or housing operators:

• Have you installed these newer Precision Detection models?
• Did nuisance alarm frequency change after replacing older alarms?
• Have you experienced overnight activations without an obvious source?
• Have maintenance callbacks increased, decreased, or stayed the same?
• Has BRK/First Alert provided any explanation or solution that helped?
