On things I can put together for a 'preferred employer' program.

I have a hospital that is undergoing an expansion and I would like to cater to their existing, and new employees. I would also like to offer short term furnished units for situations where the hospital brings people in to participate in (or conduct) training.

Also, I would appreciate it if anyone knew of any staffing agencies that specialize in placing healthcare workers in the area surrounding Beale AFB in Marysville, either for hospitals or medical offices. I understand that sometimes, these placements require housing referrals and I want to be in their back pocket.

A quick call to the hospital HR will uncover the housing needs. Is there a school of Nursing there wouldn't it be great having all the nursing students living together. Renting per bed rather than per unit provides 2-4 times the rent. You provide the utilities cable internet they have one check for housing needs. Use auto deduct to streamline the process.

The military base would have an office handling off base housing. Find out what populations need to be serviced. The needs of families with young kids are different than singles. Exceed the needs of the population and profit greatly.

Create your branding so you will be the one they will flock to.
