Topic: Looking for feedback on Lead generation

Hello I am interested hearing what others in the multi-family feedback in lead resourcing and tracking and the offered cost structures. what do you like best? what works and what does not work? For instance, some ILS send leads, but they can't be followed up on. Others pay per lease, but its difficult to track. Leasing offices are often understaffed or over staffed, with no time to market their units on CL or elsewhere.

If you are in the industry could design the ultimate rental lead source, what would it be?
