Topic: Advertising Net Effective Rent

Advice on how to advertise the net effective rent of 1 month free? We use Yardi and RentCafe. The issue is the unit rent field in Yardi needs to remain at the gross rent. I've tried using the Yardi Unit Type Special, but the gross rent still pushes out to all of the listing sites. The gross rent will be paid monthly, with an early occupancy rider. However, we still want to show up on searches for someone searching in the budget range of the net effective rent. Of course we will have a note showing net effective advertised.

Hey Melanie - Have you thought about using AdWords price extensions? I know you mentioned you're currently using RentCafe. But if you can't find a workaround with that, AdWords is probably your best bet. You can setup your campaigns to display (and rank for) whatever price you want, and then disclose that it's a net effective on the ad's associated landing page.
