Topic: 2018 New Marketing Tactics/Strategies

Hi All, we have numerous properties, mostly lease-ups or fairly new jobs in Boston and Greater Boston region, like many other major metro's, construction is just off the charts, which obviously leads to immense competition.

Does anyone have any new, outside-the-box, marketing tactics to reach new audiences. Obviously we are still doing ILS, AdWords, Social Ads on FB/Insta, Craigslist and an occasional large-scale, large-money campaign such as cell phone banner geotargetting or advertising on the public transit system.

Let me know if anyone has anything new working for them!

What percentage of traffic are you converting to leads from the traffic you are already driving from ILS. etc?
