Topic: Resident Events.

I need to do more resident events but I don't have a budget for residents events. Do you know of any large chains that would sponsor events kind of co-advertising? How do you get companies to donate items to you?

I would think about what companies want to get in front of your residents where that would be a value add. I've seen companies try to lean on their own service providers where there is really nothing to gain.

As for large chains, they won't want to do a one-off party. If you have a large portfolio, however, you could possibly make it intriguing if you packaged it all up in one big media buy of sorts.
