Topic: Not Creative

Hello Friends!

I am in need of some assistance. I am not a creative person. I am not punny nor am I funny. It takes me 40 minutes to create a FB post. I have a hard time creating engaging content from pictures to taglines to what to say in the post. If I can't google taglines I have no idea what to say.


Do you have any books or websites you recommend to help me get creative with marketing?

I don't think it is always about creating something funny. I think "useful" is just as important! I'm going deep into the archives for this one, but 10 years ago Mike Whaling wrote a blog about 30 topics you can write in your community blog, and I think the same types of things are relevant with social media, as well. www.multifamilyinsiders.com/multifamily-...communitys-blog.html

Beyond that, rather than trying to create things yourself, think of yourself as a curator of content. Any time I see a social media post that deals with apartments in any way, I immediately think whether that makes sense for our audience, and you could easily do the same.
