RentCafe has a webchat feature. We personally don't like bots as the experience isn't stellar utilizing certain AI technology bots. Some are better than others. RealPage and I believe Yardi have actual live agents take the chats, very costly versus a bot.

Hi Amy! PERQ specializes in engaging with your website traffic. We enable you to display your virtual "touring" options to prospective renters on your property website, and we also have an "Ask a Question" experience that connects prospects directly to you for live chat. I'd love to chat with you more, and see how I may be able to help you. At the very least, I am happy to share industry knowledge and be a resource for you.

For all our clients, we setup Facebook messenger. Its pretty easy to setup on your website, its FREE, and it has two major benefits:

1 - It connects directly to your Facebook page for credibility
2 - It automatically shows the prospects information (name, location etc.) without having to enter any form

As an added benefits, you can set it up for automation kind of like a "chatbot". But again - best of all ITS FREE!

Amy, are you only looking for live chat, or will a chat bot work?

Amy, please call me at 818-669-7065. My company currently offers Webchat and are trying to learn more about property management. This could really be a win win

Hello everyone! I hope you're all staying safe!

Quick question. We use RentCafe at our property right now and I'm 99.9% sure they don't offer live web chat services. Because of social distancing, we'd love to be able to engage with our prospective residents (or current residents) in a live chat platform during business hours.

Are you using Live Chat? What software/company do you use? I found a posting from 9 years ago but it seems that most of those companies are out of business or no longer servicing the multi-family industry.

Thanks!
