Yes it does help to target your social media and pay per click marketing efforts. We focused on areas with major employers and colleges.

Used it. Still use it. Love it. Analytics, retargeting and display ads are key. Doesn't work well if you are running on a shoestring budget.

Yes but make sure you’re monitoring your clicks- use google analytics. It will tell you by location and by the number of clicks if your targeting the right area.
