Very interesting! I think it goes without saying that this is geared towards fellow students at the University of Houston (their mascot is the Cougar, which lends itself to the user's profile) and it certainly accomplishes the aim of standing out.

Apparently, the ad went viral from Reddit. Here is a quote from his Twitter account:

TAKE CHANCES, this craigslist ad for a roommate has gotten me the most positive responses

Even though apartment communities wouldn't want to be as risque as he was, I think his comment is perfect for our industry.
