Nice to see that there was a balanced report showing both best places to buy and to rent. Has anyone been succesful in influencing folks to rent vs. buy?

Our owners are also home builders so a small percentage of our residents will rent from us while they're waiting for their new home to be built. We don't really want to talk them out of buying but we seem to always get referrals from them. It's all good lol.

Patricia, you are very fortunate indeed to have the luxury of having builders for owners. That sounds like a great win/win all the way around.

With all the financial calculators to assist with the rent vs. buy decision, it's obvious that its not always about the money. Sounds like marketing the "lifestyle" that your community represents is still a good way to go...
