Topic: Catchy February Slogans?

I am trying to market my community and I am hitting a wall trying to come up with a catchy February slogan.. any help?

Depending on where you live you can really focus on the weather as Feb. is usually one of the coldest and depressing months of the year. You can market your specials as deals so hot that you'll forget it's february! Or if you have a fireplace as an amenity you can use that to your advantage... it might be cold outside let our fireplaces warm you up! Since Ground hogs day is this month as well you could also do a twist on that.. since phil (is that the groundhogs name?!) saw his shadow spring will be here sooner than you think! Beat the spring rush by reserving today!
