Topic: marketing for LIHTC communities

Anyone have any recommendations for a marketing trainer experienced in LIHTC communities? I am on the Board of Directors for an affordable housing industry group in Western PA and we are searching for someone who can conduct a training session at our Fall Conference in October. We need someone who has experience with the difficulty of finding qualified applicants for the higher end income set asides of existing and newly developed LIHTC communities both general occupancy and elderly.
