If you email me outside of this message group, I'll send you the study materials I have which include the set of formulas to memorize in order to pass the exam (there's a trick to knowing them in order because you often have to use multiple formulas in that order to solve the problems). Also, happy to help with explanations if needed. My instructor told our class that 40% of CAM students fail their first exam, so you're in good company. Of the two parts to the exam, one was essentially purely financial and the other drilled into the details of Landlord Tenant laws, Fair housing laws, ADA, etc, basically all the nitty gritty in terms of accountability (including dates of legislation passed!) with only a sprinkling of marketing, and leasing, etc.
Good luck and study for it like a college exam! It deserves that level of preparation.
