With our company we usually send out a survey to the maintenance team to see what they would like to learn more about. Once we get all of the results back, we schedule vendors from those areas to come in and speak about what they want to learn about. For instance, any new HVAC updates, we have Century A/C supply in to speak. Pool questions, we have a local pool vendor to come. It works out well because you are training them on what they are interested in and what they want to know more about. This lets them know you care about their opinions too.
