Hello,
I might be a little late in asking, but I’m wondering how does someone experienced in creating a property budget forecast income?
For example, if you’re using 3 years of historical data and there aren’t any obvious trends in the data, will you take an average to derive the figure for the upcoming year, use the trend formula in excel, etc.?
