Topic: What would your new construction advice be?

Hello all,

So, I'm getting involved with a new ground-up multi-family construction project next month. I will be assisting the PM, and helping him out with managing the project. It'll be more shadowing him at this point, but I'm making an effort to be able to help him out as much as I can.

What are some aspects of construction you'd say to keep in mind based on your experience? This is a new realm for me, and any advice would be greatly appreciated!
