Topic: Countertops & Cabinet Box Replacements, Southern California

Hello Multifamily Insiders,

I haven't seen any feeds on countertop and cabinet box replacements, so here it is! I am a regional manager in Southern California. My main focus is working with properties which have budgeted the property to install quartz tops and box replacements. We work with properties which have about 4-6 turns a week and we can usually turn a whole property in about 1-2 years.

I have been in the coutertop industry for quite some time and would love to answer everyone's questions about how to keep your reno project within budget, on schedule, and best practices for communication with your community manager.
