I did one showing yesterday. And I got an application this morning for the unit. I did not shake hands, but I did offer them hand sanitizer that I always carry in my pocket regardless. I am asking prospects and residents beforehand if they are experiencing any illness. But I will probably try to do things online as much as I can..maybe..????

A mid rise property near DT ATL has closed their offices—multiple cases of Covid 19 have been confirmed at their property (not sure if its staff or residents). SOCIAL DISTANCING is the only way to stop the spread and I encourage EVERYONE to advocate for that.

We placed a sign on the front door asking everyone to call of email if it is a request that can be handled in that manner. We are keeping all other doors locked and trying to limit the amount of people coming through.

We do have a sign on the door if you are sick do not enter the office. Communicate with emails or via phone! But maintenance still completing work orders unless the resident is sick..

We have not as of yet, but are practicing 'social distancing' 100%. Stopped handshaking over a week ago, have plenty of sanitizer handy (HA) and keep appropriate distance from tours. It may be coming to that soon, though.

Scheduled Showings increased by nearly 20% week-over-week (looked at this data as of an hour ago). People still are going to move. They may need to take on roommates, etc. to plan for hardship. There are ways to allow tours and keep your teams safe.
