Greetings~ we market and lease for several properties in New Jersey.  I'm curious to know how other leasing teams are doing with the new procedures for processing applications since the new act when into effect.  With the new requirements, there are a few extra steps to take,  Any feedback is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
