Topic: Refinance Rental Properties

I have a group of multifamily rentals that I would like to refinance. What is a realistic rate to expect these days? Any leads on lenders would be great too!

You may want to look at Chase. They just quoted me 4.6% at par for a 5year, and 5.27 for a ten year.
