While I am new to the site, I have been an investor/property manager for about 15 years. I would love to get to know others here better and find out more about how people are involved here (in other words are most people here property managers). I may be missing something, but it would be great to have an idea of what people do in the community and be able to search on that.

Hi Charles,
Welcome to the site! I actually pulled the numbers recently on what audience we have here at MFI, which might help answer your question!

31% On-site excluding maintenance
2% Maintenance
24% Owner and Executive
15% Corporate not executive (This could range from admin assistants to regional managers, depending on how they categorized themselves)
16% Vendor
13% Other

What you'll find is that some groups tend to be more "lurkers" in that they read the content but don't interact quite as much.

And of course, Jolene is right - feel free to message me anytime and I'll try to help you get the most out of the resources!
