Topic: Forum Rules Posted

Although our general guidelines to posting have been on the site, they were not immediately accessible. So we have added a new tab at the top of the discussion area for forum " Rules ". We will try to keep them as short as possible, but please take a moment to review them (there are only a few) and keep them in mind.

The one issue we deal with most often is advertising and self promotion, so if you have an itch to mention your company, please read the rules first!

I have a question - If I have a multifamily duplexes for sale. Do you allow members to post? if so where?
