I just taught an emotional intelligence class at NAA and one of my resources was a book called Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Very helpful for leadership and team building skills.

I am fairly new to the Training Director role and would love to know what websites, E-books, etc that everyone finds insightful. Thanks! :)

Hey Jonathan,
After you train the trainers what then? How do you proceed to second base? Do you do
staff evaluations? better known as mystery shopping?

My company has been in business since l993. If interested please visit our web site.

I think the response last year showed how the training directors are focused on some
support and feed-back.I have been in the multi-family housing profession for over 30 yrs. I have seen markets come and I have seen them go. Currently July 2011 we are experiencing some high filled communities. There are challenges to both markets and also to markets we have never experienced.

My company is a national mystery shopping company based in Maryland. We also give Fair
Housing workshoppes as well as basic leasing workshops with role playing video taped.

If anyone would like the basis of what we do here is my web site.

I'm all about networking... I'm connected to many of you and on several LinkedIn forums! If anyone wants to brainstorm, I've always got my raincoat :)
