I'm looking for a letter more geared toward "Feel Good" not so much asking for a renewal but asking how the living experience is going... Any help, thoughts, ideas welcome. :P

The letter we use basically says it's been great having you, the management team would like to thank you. Please don't hesitate to call or email if you need anything.

You're more than welcome to use that and build on it but I've found it is best to keep the letter short and simple. We also started emailing the 120 day letter and have gotten a lot of response that way.
